Pasadena-born Kathleen grew up in Michigan attended college in Massachusetts, and spent some time on the East Coast before returning to California in the 1990s. Kathleen attended Smith College, studied art, design, and literature at the Sorbonne and the Beaux-Arts de Paris, and received her real estate broker certification from UCLA. She got her start in real estate when she joined her husband’s industrial leasing management office and has worked in Los Angeles area real estate for twenty years. Kathleen works with each and every client to help them look at the investment side of real estate so they can more easily understand how to manage their real estate assets.
Erin is from Los Angeles, studied at UC Berkeley and went on to obtain an MBA from IE University. In 2017, Erin got her start in luxury real estate and flipping homes, joining her co-agent on the Kathleen Rasmussen Team. Her clients describe her as dedicated, compassionate, and kind, an excellent communicator who works hard to help and advocate for them as they search for the perfect home.
Today, the Kathleen Rasmussen Team serves the communities of Agoura Hills, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Malibu, Hidden Hills, and Westlake Village. Both Kathleen and Erin value the area’s friendly neighbors, walkability, and ease of everyday life. The close proximity to stunning mountains that are great for hiking, the beautiful beach, and the magnificent parks make these areas a lovely place to call home.
Kathleen is an enthusiastic volunteer, serving on the National Parks Foundation Council, the Board of Trustees of the ALS Association Golden West Chapter, and the Board of the Bay Island Club. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and doing yoga. She also loves to spend time with her close-knit family, which includes her two children, two step-children, and five grandchildren.
Erin loves interior design, often spending her free time remodeling homes; her proudest achievement has been flipping three beautiful homes from start to finish. She also enjoys swimming and playing at the park with her daughter. She lives with her husband, 2-year-old daughter, and Cavalier King Charles spaniel.
