Kathleen Rasmussen

The Kathleen Rasmussen Team’s esteemed founder brings two decades of luxury real estate experience to the table — not to mention her keen eye for design, penchant for details, and passion for helping Californians find the perfect Los Angeles home. With an innate ability to identify her clients’ needs, Kathleen is able to thoroughly and efficiently navigate current market trends, legal processes, and neighborhood nuances, seamlessly fulfilling each client’s real estate dreams.
 
Born in Pasadena, lifelong scholar Kathleen attended Smith College before studying art, design, and literature at the Sorbonne and the Beaux-Arts de Paris. Upon finding her way back to California, she received her real estate broker certification from UCLA, joining her husband’s industrial leasing management office and beginning a real estate career that has spanned two decades. Thanks to her years of real estate experience, Kathleen is able to tap into her wide-spanning network and limitless connections. Today, Kathleen heads the Kathleen Rasmussen Team with her daughter Erin Mann Urbina; this mother/daughter duo works tirelessly to help their clients navigate the world of Los Angeles real estate.
 
Kathleen splits her time between her family home in Old Agoura and a beach house in Newport Harbor, often taking summer excursions to Paris with her husband. When she’s not at the office, Kathleen loves sailing and hiking with her beloved four children and six grandchildren. Relentlessly committed to philanthropic work and passionate about giving back to the community, Kathleen is involved with many nonprofit organizations, including the National Parks Foundation Council, the Harvard Neuro Discovery Center, and the ALS Association Golden West Chapter.
