Taylor Swantek

Born and raised in Pasadena, Taylor developed an appreciation for fine architecture from an early age, frequenting the Sunday open house circuit and visiting local landmarks like The Huntington and The Gamble House. Her creative spirit led to a career in classical ballet, training and performing with prestigious companies across the country including the San Francisco Ballet, Boston Ballet, and The Joffrey Ballet in Chicago. This disciplined lifestyle instilled in her a strong work ethic and standard of excellence that is reflected in all of her pursuits.

After returning to Los Angeles, Taylor channeled her creative energy into digital marketing and has helped shape corporate and personal brands across all major digital platforms. Taylor is thrilled to be part of the Kathleen Rasmussen Team where she is able to utilize her marketing experience and creative instincts while pursuing her passion for real estate.
